A Reader’s Guide to the Blade Coverage

·       The Blade appears to have moved its server, with the result that you can’t click on a link in these early stories and go to the linked story. Also, searching for the titles of stories from that period on the paper’s search engine often doesn't yield the specified material. Fortunately, Google mostly gets it right. Thus, if you enter the title of a Blade article in Google, you’ll likely get an accurate link to the story.
·       A good way to determine what to search for is to go to some of the summary articles that the Blade provided. These will give you the titles of some, but not all of the important stories. Here are the key links:
o   Early summary – http://www.toledoblade.com/coingate
·       Nearly all of the Blade and other newspaper coverage from April 3, 2005 to just before the trial in the fall of 2006 is included in the defense’s Change of Venue filings. Those documents are linked above for download from this site.
